All systems operational · Beirut region
Managed servers, virtual desktops, storage, and hosting — provisioned to your workload, monitored around the clock, and supported by engineers who know your environment by name.
Service offering portfolio
Everything runs on infrastructure we own and operate — so when something needs attention, one team owns it end to end.
Fully administered virtual servers — patched, monitored, and backed up by our team.
Root-access compute for technical teams who want full control of the stack.
Secure desktops your team reaches from any device, anywhere, over the browser.
Resilient block and backup storage that grows and shrinks on demand.
An isolated hosting environment built and reserved for a single client.
Reliable, cost-efficient hosting built for growing websites and small teams.
A dedicated private cloud environment sized for enterprise workloads.
Registration, DNS, and zone management handled for you — no expiry surprises.
Issuance and lifecycle management, so a certificate never quietly expires.
How it works
A real sequence, not a signup form. Here's what actually happens.
Tell us what you run today — applications, users, peak load, compliance constraints. We come back with a spec, not a brochure.
Your environment is provisioned, hardened, and — if you're moving from somewhere else — migrated with a rehearsal and a rollback plan.
Patching, monitoring, backups, and certificate renewals are ours. You get a named engineer and a number that reaches a person.
Pricing
Starting points, not straitjackets — every plan is provisioned to what you actually need.
Starter
$29/mo
For small workloads, staging environments, and first deployments.
Business
$79/mo
For production workloads that need headroom and faster support.
Enterprise
Custom
Dedicated infrastructure and support for regulated, high-availability environments.
Prices exclude VAT. Need something between tiers? That's normal — we'll quote it.
Why Capital Outsourcing
We've spent years running infrastructure for government and financial-sector clients where downtime has consequences. The cloud platform is that same discipline, packaged.
Start a conversation →We own the stack end to end, so nothing gets lost between vendors.
Alerts route to people who already know your environment.
Uptime, data handling, and audit trails treated as requirements.
Single server to private cloud, without changing who you call.
In their words
The migration happened over a weekend and Monday morning nobody noticed anything had changed. That was the entire goal.
We stopped chasing three vendors when something broke. Now there's one number, and the person answering already knows our setup.
Certificates used to expire on us once a year. Since the handover, that has simply stopped being a thing we think about.
Illustrative client voices — swap in real, attributed quotes before going live.
From the engineering desk
Root access sounds free until someone has to use it at 3am. A practical way to decide.

Yes. Plans are provisioned to your workload, so moving from Starter to Business, or into a dedicated Enterprise build, doesn't mean migrating to a different platform.
Yes — our Private Cloud and Enterprise tiers are built for government and financial-sector clients with strict uptime, data residency, and audit requirements.
Managed VPS includes patching, monitoring, and backups handled by our team. Unmanaged gives you root access and full control, with infrastructure-level support only.
Standard VPS and hosting plans are typically ready within one business day. Private Cloud and Enterprise builds are scoped with you first, then provisioned to spec.
That's most of what we do. Migrations are rehearsed against a copy first, scheduled in your window, and carry a documented rollback path.
Monitoring alerts our team directly. On Business and Enterprise plans, that means someone is already working on it before you've noticed.
Tell us what you're running today, and we'll size a plan around it.
